Buyer Found For Wayne’s Former Paris Inn

WAYNE, N.J. – The Wayne site of the former Paris Inn is now under contract.

The building at 1292 Alps Rd. had been listed for $2.2 million and went on the market in April, according to the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service.

The Paris Inn, a popular banquet hall, shut down suddenly in April.
